Novotel Angers Centre Gare

This is not a flash hotel but it does everything extremely well for a very decent price. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, everything just works. It runs on a fairly minimal number of staff which means it must be quite hard work. However they deserve lots of kudos because, despite that, they still find time to be pleasant, charming, helpful and efficient. Good on you if you read this. :-)

This is possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its location is superb and the extremely clean. We had a large oversized car and the staff allowed us to park right outside the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and welcoming if they had tried. We had a wonderful family room with amazing views out .. and our room was spotless and super clean.

Clean, quite spacious room, like the Rituals toiletries(though the dispensers didn't work very well). good shower! Central and right next to the train station. Overall really happy with the hotel aside from being charged 8 euros for water.

We arrive late at night with two tired kids. The receptionist was lovely to the kids and made them feel really welcome. She also gave us a useful guide to local sights. Breakfast was nice and was short walk to

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is excellent value for money and there is a choice of car parks either side of the hotel.
